VYRM · Philippines

We build the system.
Then we keep running it.

School offices and shop counters — enrolment, billing, receipts, stock, the day’s cash. The unglamorous work after you sign is the actual product: backups that are checked, a practice copy before anything live, and a person on the email instead of a ticket queue.

We write back in English or Filipino. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.

01 · What we ship

In use, and still ours to maintain

These are running systems, not a slide deck. Client names stay off this page because the work is under NDA — including the ones we would most like to name.

Schools

A school system for the office

Enrolment, records, billing, the cashier’s window, and the parent’s statement. Subsidy money stays in its own column, because it is not the parent’s money.

From ₱10,000 a month, for a school of up to 1,000 students.

Read about the school system

Retail

A point-of-sale for the counter

Counter sales, stock, and the day’s cash. In use and maintained on the same footing as the school system: nightly off-site backups that are verified, a separate practice environment, watched uptime.

Ask for a number. You get one, not a discovery process.

To order

Websites and web applications

Built for a specific organisation, then kept. This work is under NDA, so the clients are not listed here. If you already work with us, you already know.

Scoped in writing before anything is built.

02 · How the box is run

Student and shop data is not a hobby

How it is looked after matters as much as what it does. None of this is a badge we bought. It is how the server is actually run.

  1. Copied off-site every night — and the copy is checked

The database is dumped, the dump is verified, then it leaves this machine. A night that fails says so, in writing, where someone reads it. A backup nobody checks is a backup you find out about on the worst possible day.

  2. A separate practice copy of every live system

Changes are tried there first, on practice data. Nothing gets tested on your live enrolment, or on a Saturday till, in the middle of a payment week.

  3. The host is watched, and it is scanned

If a system stops answering, an alarm goes off here before your cashier phones you about it. Brute-force blocking and intrusion scanning run all the time. This website talks only to itself: no third-party scripts, no trackers, no location prompt.

  4. Your data is yours

Access is by role. Sign-ins are recorded, so “who opened this record” is a question with an answer. If you ever want to leave: a full copy of your database is yours on request, in a standard format — not as a favour and not only on the way out the door.

03 · Who you’re buying from

Small is the point, not the apology

VYRM is a small software company in the Philippines. We build school and retail systems and then keep running them — the maintenance, the backups, the season after the sale. That is the part that actually costs something, and it is the part most vendors quietly stop doing.

The address you write to reaches the people who wrote the software, rather than a ticket queue. It also means we will tell you when something is not ready yet. A vendor with no admissions is not being careful with you.

We do not sell your data. We do not put your students or your customers on this page. We do not invent client logos to look larger than we are.

04 · Write

Tell us the actual situation

School size, or how the shop takes money today. The first reply will already be useful. Thirty minutes if a walkthrough is the next step — your questions, not a demo you didn’t ask for.

A person reads this. Allow a working day.
